Timothy S. Thomas is 46 years old, a resident of Boca Raton, Florida.  USA. He is married, a Father of two teenage boys, and an adopted 4 year old girl. Mr Thomas is known photographically, for his eye in composition, mastery of complicated lighting scenarios, and mature aesthetic judgment. In 2007, he was appointed Director of Photography for the American Airlines CR Smith Museum, in Ft Worth, Tx. During the last two decades, Mr. Thomas has traveled into 45 countries throughout the world, including Russia, France, Germany, Korea, Argentina, Uruguay, Bolivia, Chile, Ecuador, Guatemala, Mexico, Columbia, Great Britain, South Africa, East Africa, Israel, Spain, photographing nature, fashion, dance, aviation, and large business conventions. This gallery is a snap shot of various photographic studies.

Tim's large business convention photo studies are unconventional in every way. Tim brings his advanced studio lighting technique, to the conference room, regardless of convention size, utilizing up to six radio controlled, off camera flashes, simultaneously, to create differential light ratios, giving what "would be" ordinary business photographs, "extraordinary" artistic value.

Tim has a professional background in music performance, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Theology. He utilizes his musical artistry and knowledge of human emotion, to meld music and visual images into powerful, large screen, state-of-the-art multi-media metaphors, that stimulate and inspire at the most profound level. In October of this year, The National Conference on Dialogue and Deliberation, held bi-annually, in Austin, Texas, exploded into a spontaneous and lengthy standing ovation for his work and closing slideshow in the final conference session. A demonstration DVD of this particular conference is available upon request.

Tim is no longer doing family portraits, other than highly specialized artistic commissions. He is focusing in 2009-2010 on his passion for dance photography, and some limited business convention photography.

We will be pleased to furnish, upon request, demonstration DVD's of projects completed for organizations in East and South Africa, the U.S., Russia, and Central America.

Please contact Tim for specialized assignments in dance or interesting artistic commissions.
